Scheme Price Schedule (SPS)
The scheme will have been Priced using the Model Schemes as a Basis. This is held under an SPS [Scheme Pricing Schedule] covering one or more Schemes.
The base Scheme Price is built up over Activities with LPMS breakdowns:
The SPS acts as a collection Heading for one or more Schemes, and applies the Inflation Uplift based on the time the Scheme is implemented. So these are the target Budgets for the Construction phase:
